Our History

Established in 2005, Care Dimensions Healthcare specializes in providing skilled and compassionate care to those facing illnesses at the comfort of their homes. We are accredited by the Joint Commission to provide Home Health, Hospice, and Palliative Care services.

Our main office is located in Santa Ana California and we equally provide services in Los Angeles County, Orange County, Riverside County, and San Bernardino County.

Provide compassionate and quality care, while ensuring respect and comfort, to our patients, their families, and caregivers as well as provide access to state-of-the-art services and prompt delivery of quality driven home health, hospice and palliative care to all.
